Payment Methods

At KUMADOLL, we provide secure, encrypted, and flexible payment channels to ensure your transaction is completely safe. Currently, we support the following two main payment methods:

PayPal & Credit/Debit Card Invoice

PayPal Invoice is our highly recommended method to ensure your transaction is 100% secure. You do not need to register a PayPal account to use this service; you can securely complete the payment directly using your credit or debit card.

How it works: If you experience issues checking out via credit card directly on the store, our team will manually generate a secure PayPal Invoice based on your order details and email it to you.
*Please allow 5-10 minutes (or slightly longer during off-peak time zones) for our customer support to manually draft and deliver your custom invoice email.

Note on Bank Security Holds: Due to the high-security protocols of US and Canadian financial institutions, some banks may temporarily block single transactions of higher amounts. If your direct card payment fails, please contact your card-issuing bank to authorize the transaction. Alternatively, utilizing the PayPal Invoice option is a highly reliable way to bypass local bank restrictions.

Bank Wire Transfer (T/T & SEPA)

For large orders, we support direct International Bank Wire Transfers. Once you complete the checkout using the "Bank Transfer" option on our website, you will receive a unique Order ID. Please use this Order ID as a reference during your transfer, and send the payment to one of the authorized accounts listed below:
