The Shopping Process
1. Shipping Methods by Region
For United States Customers
To accommodate different customer needs under changing global freight conditions, we offer three delivery options for the U.S. region:
• Delivery Time: Approximately 10 days.
• Cost: Additional fee required (calculated automatically at checkout based on package weight and declared value).
• Notes: The fastest delivery option available.
• Delivery Time: Approximately 20 days.
• Cost: 100% Free Shipping.
• Notes: Our most popular, highly stable, and cost-effective shipping method.
• Delivery Time: Approximately 30 days.
• Cost: $100 – $150 discount applied per doll.
• Notes: The best value option for customers who do not mind a slightly longer transit time.
For European Union (EU) Customers
By default, we utilize Dedicated Air Transportation lines to ensure smooth delivery. You can choose from the following three methods:
• Delivery Time: 15 – 30 days.
• Cost: Additional handling fee of $100 – $300 (depending on doll size and value).
• Notes: Hassle-Free Customs. You do not need to deal with customs clearance; the doll will be delivered directly to your doorstep.
*Note: Tracking details for Dedicated Shipping will only update on the website after the package clears EU customs. If your tracking number shows no immediate movement, please contact us for real-time internal updates.
• Delivery Time: 10 – 15 days.
• Cost: Standard shipping rates apply.
• Notes: Delivered directly to EU customs. Customers must complete customs clearance independently. We will provide all necessary documentation upon request.
• Delivery Time: 45 – 60 days.
• Cost: 100% Free Shipping & Customs Taxes covered.
• Notes: Available exclusively for orders where the total weight (including packaging) is 24kg or more. A very secure and cost-free option, though it requires a longer transit timeframe.
*EU Compliance Reminder: Due to occasional changes in European customs policies, rare clearance failures may require a secondary processing attempt, which could result in delivery delays. We appreciate your understanding.
2. Restricted & High-Risk Regions (Important Notice)
Due to strict national policies, customs regulations, and local protection laws, we do not recommend placing orders for full dolls if you are located in the following areas:
• Prohibited Regions: Islamic countries, India, Indonesia, Pakistan, Mexico, Brazil, Africa, and most parts of Central, West, and South Asia.
• South Korea: Import policies change frequently, and in most cases, full doll imports are strictly prohibited.
Exceptions: Shipping doll heads and accessories to these regions remains 100% safe. We strongly advise against ordering full body dolls unless you possess a verified local customs clearance agent who can manage all legal import procedures. The Company cannot held liability for losses incurred due to customs seizures in these high-risk regions.
3. Manufacturing & Delivery Timeline
- Customized Orders: Production combined with standard international shipping typically takes 2 to 4 weeks.
- In-Stock Items: Dispatched immediately from our local warehouses and delivered within 3 to 7 business days (exceptions may apply during peak seasons).
4. Premium Shipping Services
Free Adult Hand-Signing Service (UPS Only)
For our U.S. customers choosing UPS Express, we automatically include an Adult Signature Requirement at no additional charge to minimize the risk of package theft or loss. If you prefer to waive this signature service for contactless delivery, please contact our support team immediately after placing your order.
100% Discreet Packaging
We highly value your personal privacy. All shipments are packed in heavy-duty, plain brown carton boxes with absolutely no exterior product information or brand logos. Items are standardly declared as "Mannequins." Please note that customs authorities in certain countries reserve the legal right to open packaging to verify import taxes. We also fully support directing shipments to official carrier service locations for self-pickup.
5. On-Site Order Tracking Instructions
All packages are shipped via top-tier couriers (UPS, FedEx, or DHL). Once dispatched, a tracking number will be automatically emailed to you. You can also view live tracking details within your account:
- Step 1: Log in to our official website, navigate to your order dashboard, and click on your Order Number or the "Detail" tab.
- Step 2: Scroll down to the Order Tracking section to view the real-time logistics status.
*Reminder: Dedicated shipping methods will only show tracking history updates once the package successfully arrives at the destination continent's central hub.
